2.    Data Protection Officer

According to Section 38 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) you will need a data protection officer.
You can enter it here together with the contact details as above. According to the EU GDPR, however, the data protection
officer does not have to be named on the website. However, do not forget to notify the data protection officer from 25 May 2018
(and only from this date, prior notifications will not be considered) to the supervisory authority responsible for you = the data
protection officer of your federal state (see below).


3.    Personal data, purposes of their processing and legal bases

Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. The provision of personal data is voluntary.
Personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject").
An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such
as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological,
genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The data is processed for the purpose of operating a website that provides information about our range of services as well as contacts
and online application services for job candidates and customers.


Personal data is collected on our website when this is necessary for

  • the use of the website (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) and/or Article 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation),
  • safeguarding our interest in improving user experience and maintaining security of use
    (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation),
  • for the use of the services offered on the website as well as pre-contractual measures,
    in particular for the submission of forms (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) and/or Article 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation) or
  • for the conclusion and implementation of a contract (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) General Data Protection Regulation)

4.    Access data / server log files

When you visit our website, the servers automatically save the information that your browser sends, so- called server log files.
The information includes

  • name of the retrieved website,
  • file,
  • date and time of retrieval,
  • notification of successful retrieval,
  • browser type and version,
  • operating system of the user,
  • referrer URL,
  • IP address and
  • provider.

This data is not merged with other data sources. The information is used exclusively for the analysis and
maintenance of the technical operation of the servers and the network. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR.

5.    Contact form

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data
provided by you there in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR for the purpose of processing the
enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions, will be stored with us. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

6.    Contact via e-mail

If you send us enquiries by e-mail, your details from the e-mail, including the contact data you provided there,
will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions in
accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR
We will not pass on this data without your consent. We will treat the data you provide voluntarily as strictly confidential.
We store and use personal data voluntarily provided by you, insofar as this is necessary for further correspondence with you.

7.    Online application

7.1    For candidates

If you apply online for an advertised position from one of our customers, you agree that we may pass on your data to
the customer who offers the respective position. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR. Like us, the
customer agrees to treat your data confidentially and not to pass it on to third parties.
We delete your personal data after six months at the latest. The customer will also delete your data after six
months at the latest.
If you as a candidate fill out the applicant questionnaire or the initiative questionnaire or give us a placement
order by e-mail, we will include the data you have provided in our database. We will only pass on your data to
customers if we have previously made you aware of the specific place in question and if you have given your
express consent to pass on your data to the specific customer.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR.
You can revoke your consent at any time. Just send an e-mail to: widerruf@lesaco.de.
We will then delete your personal data immediately. Your data will also be deleted if we have successfully
arranged a position for you. Please note that certain data is subject to a minimum retention period of
six years (Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)) or ten years (Section147 of the
German General Tax Code (AO)) under commercial and tax law.

7.2    For customers

If you instruct us as a customer by means of a search order to find suitable candidates for jobs offered by you,
you agree that you will never pass on to third parties the candidate data you have received from us without the
candidate's consent. You will delete your personal data after six months and upon request. You will always
treat the candidate data confidentially.

We treat your data confidentially. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be passed
on to candidates in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR only if this is necessary for the
successful execution of your placement order.
You can revoke the placement order at any time. Just send an e-mail to: widerruf@lesaco.de. We will
then delete your personal data immediately. The data will also be deleted if we have successfully placed
a candidate for an individual position advertised by you. Please note that certain data is subject to a
minimum retention period of six years (Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)) or ten
years (Section147 of the German General Tax Code (AO)) under commercial and tax law.

8.    Cookies

Our website uses cookies. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR. Cookies are small files
that enable the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.) to store specific information relating to the device.
They are used on the one hand to enhance the user-friendliness of web pages and thus the convenience of the
users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on the use of the
website and to analyse it for the purpose of improving the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies.
Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies is restricted or completely prevented.
However, it should be noted that use (in particular the ease of use) is restricted without cookies.

9.    Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR.
Provider is the Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043. Google Analytics uses cookies,
which are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. The information is generated by the
cookie about your use of this website are usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymization is activated. The IP address of the users will therefore be truncated by Google within Member States of
the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the
full IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this
website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the
website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

the users may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Google LLC is under the US-EU Data Protection Agreement "Privacy Shield"

EU data protection requirements. In addition, we have entered into a contract processing agreement with Google LLC.
This is a contract in which Google undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process them on our behalf in accordance
with their privacy policy and in particular not to pass them on to third parties.

10.    Google Maps

This website also uses Google Maps from Google LLC. to display and calculate geographical information and directions.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR. When using Google Maps, information about the use of our website,
including your IP address and the information you enter on Google Maps, is transmitted to Google and stored there.
However, you can prevent such data transfer if you deactivate JavaScript in your browser. In this case, however, no maps can

11.    Recipients of personal data

Personal data will be communicated to the following categories of recipients: To employees of the responsible person,
to customers and to contract processors. Furthermore, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without
your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so or the data must be transferred for the performance of a
contractual relationship. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail)
can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

12.    Duration of storage

We delete your personal data immediately after they have been used for the intended purpose. We store the data from
your e-mails until your request has been completely processed and completed. After that, the information is generally deleted.
In addition, we perform annual checks to find out whether the data can be deleted. Session cookies are automatically deleted
by us after your visit to our website. Access data (see above) will be deleted after one week. For the deletion of the candidate
and customer data, please refer to Section 8.

13.    Rights of data subjects

You are not required by law to provide your personal data.
However, the data may be required for the conclusion of a contract or job placement.
The rights of data subjects are set out in particular in Articles 15 to 23 and Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation
and Sections 32 to 37 of the new German Federal Data Protection Act. We would like to draw your attention in particular to the
following rights of data subjects:
